What you’ll be doing:

As an Administration Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of business services that enable the NSW Rural Fire Service to protect communities across New South Wales. Working within a collaborative team, you will coordinate a diverse range of administrative, financial and operational activities, ensuring efficient business operations and exceptional customer service.

This dynamic role includes coordinating meetings and events, preparing professional correspondence and reports, maintaining records and business systems, supporting procurement and financial processes and contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives. No two days are the same, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
