Work type: Maximum Time Part time
Location: Work from home
Categories: Corporate Services

integratedliving delivers vital health and wellbeing services across rural, regional and remote Australia. We’re looking for a skilled Procurement Specialist who can jump in, own their portfolio, and help us deliver real value across a diverse, purpose‑driven organisation.

The Role

You’ll lead a concentrated six‑month uplift in ICT sourcing while also supporting property, facilities and healthcare service categories. This is not a slow, once‑a‑quarter RFX environment — you’ll be running several tenders in parallel, shaping supplier panels across regional Australia, and improving commercial controls and procurement rhythms.

You’ll “hit the ground running” and help build a more resilient, data‑driven and commercially disciplined procurement function.

Why You’ll Love It

  • Fully remote —– work from home anywhere in VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT or TAS
  • Flexible 3‑day work week, 6 month fixed term contract
  • Purpose‑driven organisation making a real impact
  • Supportive, collaborative team culture

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end‑to‑end ICT sourcing, from market analysis to contract award and onboarding.
  • Run multiple concurrent tenders, coordinating evaluations and driving timelines independently.
  • Map supplier markets, pre‑qualify suppliers and negotiate commercial terms with confidence.
  • Establish regional supplier panels to reduce risk, improve continuity, and eliminate single points of failure.
  • Contribute to broader category strategies across fleet, facilities, IT, and aged care services.
  • Support a positive team culture through shared learnings, collaboration, and collective success.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing or commercial roles.
  • Strong end‑to‑end sourcing capability and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in aged care, healthcare, government or regulated environments.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills.
  • Degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, IT or similar (CIPS desirable).
