About the Role

• Covering services across Lismore to Ballina
• Morning to afternoon shifts available
• Availability required Monday to Sunday (minimum 3–4 days per week)
• Multiple Permanent Part-Time and Casual opportunities available
• Hourly rate: $32.86 - $34.59 + 12% super

What your day could look like

• Personal care: supporting clients with showering, dressing, and grooming
• Domestic assistance: cleaning and keeping homes safe and tidy
• Transport: assisting with appointments and shopping
• Medication support: helping maintain routines
• Meal preparation: from simple meals to batch cooking
• Building meaningful connections and making a real difference every day

What you’ll bring

• A genuine passion for supporting people in the community
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent OR similar experience
• Strong work ethic and understanding of community care requirements
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Willingness to obtain comprehensive insurance, First Aid/CPR, and WWCC
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Check (within 6 months)
• Confidence using smartphones or tablets
