integratedliving is looking for passionate Support Workers to join our team supporting clients across Tweed Heads region, including Banora Point, Bilambil Heights, Kingscliff, Cudgen, Chinderah.

About the Role

• Covering services across Tweed Heads & surrounding areas
• Morning to afternoon shifts available (8 am - 4pm)
• Availability required Monday to Friday (minimum 3 days per week including Friday)
• Permanent Part-Time opportunities available
• Hourly rate: $32.86 + 12% super

What your day could look like

• Domestic assistance: supporting clients with cleaning, activities of daily living and keeping homes safe and tidy
• Transport: assisting with appointments and shopping
• Meal preparation: from simple meals to batch cooking
• Providing 1:1 support to elderly clients in community
• Building meaningful connections and making a real difference every day

What you’ll bring

• A genuine passion for supporting people in the community
• Strong work ethic and understanding of community care requirements
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Willingness to obtain comprehensive insurance, First Aid/CPR, and WWCC
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Check (within 6 months)
• Confidence using smartphones or tablets
