Registered Nurse - Gympie

 

Help older Australians live well at home across Gympie and surrounds. As a part time Registered Nurse with integratedliving, you’ll deliver person-centred clinical care in clients’ homes and, at times, via telehealth—focusing on independence, dignity and great outcomes.

Your Role – What You’ll Do?

As a Community RN, you’ll play a key role in empowering clients to remain safe, well, and independent in their own homes.

  • Deliver clinical care across Home Care Package (HCP), CHSP, and other programs
  • Provide in home nursing care including chronic disease management, medication, wound care, catheter, and stoma care
  • Collaborate with Allied Health professionals to provide holistic, goal-directed care
  • Promote health education and self-management through Telehealth and face-to-face visits
  • Facilitate and support group programs including our award-winning Wellness for Independence®

 

What You’ll Need?

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in community, aged care, or acute settings
  • Working with Children check, Police check, CPR and Driver's License
  • Confidence to work autonomously with strong time management and organisational skills
  • Competence using digital devices and client management systems
  • Advanced clinical care experience across areas like palliative care, chronic disease, wound and medication management
