What You’ll Be Doing

As a Community RN, you’ll help older Australians stay safe, well and independent in their own homes. Your day may include:

• Delivering clinical care across SAH, CHSP and other programs
• Medication management, wound care, chronic disease support
• Catheter and stoma care
• Working closely with Allied Health to deliver holistic care
• Providing health education and self‑management support
• Occasional telehealth support

What You’ll Bring

• Current AHPRA registration (Division 1 RN)
• Minimum 1 year experience in community, aged care or acute settings
• Police Check, WWCC, CPR and Driver’s Licence
• Confidence working autonomously and managing your time
• Comfortable using digital devices and client management systems
• Strong clinical skills (wound care, chronic disease, palliative care, medication management)
