At integratedliving, we provide in-home support services to older Australians (65+), helping them live independently, safely, and with dignity. Every person who joins our team plays a vital role in creating positive outcomes in our communities.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing high‑volume, end‑to‑end recruitment across a range of roles, with a strong focus on frontline care positions
- Creating a positive candidate experience by identifying key trends and insights that help continually improve talent acquisition and candidate experience practices
- Developing a strong understanding of operational requirements across the business to build qualified candidate pipelines that support current and future hiring needs
- Using creative and proactive sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and targeted talent search techniques
- Building strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates to understand workforce needs and ensure the best fit — acting as a true matchmaker
- Collaborating with a supportive and positive team that celebrates success and actively supports each other’s growth

What we’re looking for?
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to juggle multiple roles, deadlines, and stakeholders at once
- Demonstrates resilience and adaptability in the face of changing priorities or candidate withdrawals
- Naturally curious about candidate motivation and a hiring manager’s true needs
- Adaptable and flexible as volumes fluctuate and priorities shift daily—or even hourly
- You search, follow up, love trying new sourcing ideas, and don't give up easily
- A confident communicator and natural relationship builder who enjoys talking to people all day
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using PageUp or a similar applicant tracking system (desirable)
- Enjoys balancing structure with creativity and gets satisfaction from helping others succeed
