We’re looking for a passionate, Support Worker to join our team in the South Wollongong and surrounding areas on a part-time contract.

What’s in it for you?
- Part-time | 50 hours per fortnight
- Hourly Rate: $36.23 per hr + 12% superannuation

You’ll primarily support clients within the local community, helping you build strong connections with the people and communities around you.
What will you be doing?
As a Community Support Worker, you’ll become an important part of your clients’ lives.
You’ll support them to remain independent, comfortable and connected by providing practical assistance and companionship, including:
- Personal Care: Support with showering, dressing, and grooming so clients feel their best.
- Domestic Assistance: Help with light cleaning and keep homes fresh and tidy.
- Transport: Drive clients to appointments or assist with grocery shopping.
- Medication Support: Help maintain routines and ensure medications are taken on time.
- Meal Preparation: From a simple sandwich to bulk cooking that fills the fridge, making mealtime easy.
- Meaningful Moments: Beyond tasks, you’re building trust and making life brighter for someone every day
- Encouraging independence, choice and confidence

What you’ll bring
- A genuine interest in supporting our clients and making their lives better.
- Qualified Support Worker with a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent.
- Must-Haves: A driver’s license, reliable car
- Willingness to obtain comprehensive insurance, WWCC and First Aid/CPR
- Current NDIS check or a police check no older than 8 months
- Comfortable using smartphones and tablets.
