Location: Brisbane or Perth

About the Role:

Centurion Transport is embarking on a significant technology transformation which will significantly impact the way we work and the services we offer. We are seeking 2 dedicated Project Managers to deliver several Business Improvement and Transformation projects ensuring they meet their objectives within scope, time, budget and quality constraints, and in line with Centurion's Project Management methodologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project teams ensuring clear accountability within the team to deliver project outcomes efficiently and effectively
• Define and manage project scope, budget, schedule, resourcing, work prioritisation and project dependencies.
• Build strong relationships with key influencers throughout the organisation to facilitate open feedback, and minimise the negative impact of project changes
• Oversee the the use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies, and tools, including benefits realisation and risk and issue management, to ensure quality project outcomes are delivered
• Identify, assess and mitigate projects risks to minimise potential impacts and report on key project success measures.

Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated and substantial experience managing complex ICT or Business Transformation projects. Ideally you will have gained experience working in a variety of industries
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management, with the ability to quickly build relationships across all departments and levels internally and externally
• Ability to manage and lead projects in dynamic, changing environments
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to lead and motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Solution and results driven attitude with the ability to respond quickly to and balance completing priorities
• Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments), or Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner) is required
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is desirable
