We’re currently expanding our team and looking for a Transport Scheduler to join us in delivering quality service to our customers.

Position Available: Transport Scheduler

Location: Perth Airport

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to plan, schedule and ensure smooth operations by leaning on their experience in a similar role within the transport and logistics sector. If you’re ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

The working roster for this position is 8 days on and 6 days off, Wednesday to Wednesday, 8am to 7pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule drivers and trucks to services to the Northwest to meet customer requirements.
• Monitoring driver and fleet in line with WA Fatigue Management.
• Liaise with our fleet maintenance department to ensure effective planning of scheduled maintenance.
• Ensure safe, cost effective and reliable transportation across WA.
• Ensure optimum configuration and maintenance of best practice.
• Daily internal reporting outlining activity and forward planning.

Skills and Experience: 

• Previous scheduling role or equivalent experience will be highly regarded.
• Proven background in administration and coordination, ideally in the transport and logistics industry.
• Demonstrable experience in data and information entry, with a strong attention to detail, excellent critical. thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly developed organisational, planning and computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
