We’re currently expanding our team and looking for IVMS Quality Coordinator to join us for the next 6 months in delivering our MTData project.

Position Available: IVMS Quality Coordinator

Location: Redbank Depot

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IVMS Quality Coordinator to join our Data Management Project Team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and assisting in the installation of MT data units nationwide. Key Responsibilities: 

• Initial 6-month contract with a strong possibility of extension. Involvement in the installation of MTData and/or Guardian units.
• Review for viability ongoing to manage maintenance coordination of all In Cab Tech units
• Support national rollout by fitting MTData units across various sites, while also providing general project support.
• Ensure accurate and fit-for-purpose reporting across all project-related activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements related to IVMS installations and ongoing support.
• Coordinate all IVMS installations and repairs, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
• Collaborate across departments to align installers, technicians, and internal operations with scheduled work—ensuring clarity on timing, location, and scope of tasks.

Skills and Experience: 

• Hands-on experience with the installation of MTData and/or Guardian units, or direct exposure to the use of these products (highly regarded).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, filtering, basic formulas, and reporting.
• Prior involvement in coordinating field-based projects, ideally with a national or multi-site scope.
• Strong understanding of IVMS (In-Vehicle Monitoring Systems) or similar telematics technologies.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technicians, project managers, and operational staff.
