We’re currently expanding our team and looking for an experienced People and Capability Administrator to join us in delivering quality service to our customers.

Position Available: People and Capability Administrator

Location: Brisbane

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage incoming and outgoing communications, provide exceptional customer service, and direct administrative activities in the office while learning and growing their experience in the transport and logistics industry. If you’re ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Experience in a blue-collar environment with respect to EA interpretation and an understanding of best practice contractual arrangements.
  • A strong relationship builder, with the ability and confidence to engage with managers and employees.
  • Work with various teams to ensure smooth operations and provide HR advice with a commercial focus.
  • Solid track record in implementing effective people initiatives, systems, policies, and processes that align with the organisational needs.

Skills and Experience:

  • A relevant HR diploma and experience working in a blue-collar and operational environment.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills and a high level of customer service orientation when dealing with stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience within a People & Culture environment in an administrative or support role ideally in a transport and logistics environment.
  • Committed team player with an enthusiastic and dynamic approach, demonstrating professionalism and a high level of flexibility.
