About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Change Manager to play a key role in our projects teams, as you take responsibility for the transformation and change of several large and ongoing company wide project. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Change Delivery: Drive key change initiatives across technology and functional areas, including the end-to-end rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
- Craft and Execute Change Strategies: Develop innovative change plans that include communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Engage Stakeholders: Build strong, trust-based relationships across all business levels.
- Analyse Impact & Readiness: Conduct impact and readiness assessments, risk analyses, and support change mitigation strategies.
- Training & Communication: Create compelling training programs and communication strategies to drive adoption and reduce resistance.
- Foster Improvement Culture: Promote continuous improvement by identifying and acting on opportunities for process enhancement.
- Lead and Mentor: Provide leadership and foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in change management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation in complex environments.
- Experience in leading ERP implementations required. Field Service, Customer Service and Finance Applications implementation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT or related field (Master’s desirable).
- Change management certification (e.g. Prosci, APMG, ACMP, Agile/PRINCE2).
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Proven leadership skills, especially in guiding cross-functional teams.
- Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees, to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives while building trust and maintaining positive relationships.
- Capability to guide and coach managers, leaders, and teams through the change process, ensuring that efforts are inclusive and consider the diverse needs and perspectives of the workforce.
