Location: Perth, Brisbane & Melbourne Depots
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Equipment Administrator to join our national equipment team. In this role, you will manage incoming and outgoing communications, deliver exceptional service, and oversee key administrative functions as part of a dedicated and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records, manage permits and accreditation, vehicle registrations, fuel cards and Linkt Tags for the national fleet
- Provide high-level administrative support as part of the national equipment team, contributing to streamlined operations and process improvements
- Assist with management of equipment-related invoices, ensuring alignment with company policies and financial accuracy
- Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients, proactively addressing equipment needs and operational challenges
- Assist with maintaining the Fleet Management System database to ensure accuracy of vehicle records
- Support safety audits, compliance reporting, and a range of operational and administrative functions to uphold high standards across the business
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or fleet support role, ideally within a transport, logistics, or equipment-focused environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with a continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
