We’re currently expanding our team and looking for an experienced high-volume blue-collar Recruitment Officer passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to both hiring managers and candidates.

Position Available: Recruitment Officer

Location: Perth Airport, WA

About the Role:

The Recruitment Officer will manage a high-volume blue-collar national portfolio to coordinate the business’ talent acquisition strategy to identify, attract and recruit suitable candidates that assist with building a sustainable workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, assisting candidates and hiring managers, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Work with various teams to ensure smooth operations within a high-volume blue-collar national portfolio.
• Ensuring accurate and real time recruitment records.
• Regular review of the effectiveness of the recruitment and selection process and initiatives to maintain strong talent pipelines for identical and reoccurring vacancies.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a high-volume blue-collar recruitment environment ideally within the transport and logistics and/or labour hire industry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain efficient workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, to interact with various stakeholders throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Great attitude with the ability to work autonomously as well as being able to contribute positively to a collaborative team.
• Demonstrated experience with building strong talent pipelines for identical and reoccurring vacancies.
