As a Team Leader with Centurion Transport, you’ll join our Operations team in a Permanent Full-time role based at our Perth Airport Depot. You will bring strong warehousing and logistics knowledge, proven leadership experience, and ability to effectively manage a team within a fast-paced freight receivables environment.

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Lead and coordinate daily area operations, ensuring staffing, workflow, and equipment are effectively managed
• Oversee accurate freight receipting, checking, barcoding, manifesting, and correct bay allocation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, including proper handling of dangerous goods and freight protection
• Maintain high data accuracy across systems and paperwork, promptly reporting any discrepancies or anomalies
• Monitor freight flow and turnover to meet company policies and customer requirements
• Liaise with customers (including mine sites) to ensure freight is processed correctly and on time
• Train and develop team members across all OSR functions, promoting a multi-skilled workforce
• Manage team performance, including reporting, break compliance, and resolving workplace conflicts

• Previous warehouse and customer service experience
• Computer literacy and good organisation and planning skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to develop and change with company direction
• Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to influence peers positively adehering to company procedures and policies
• Must be available to supervise weekend work on a rotational basis and must be able to work overtime when required
