We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Service Coordinator to join our Darwin team, supporting daily planning, service delivery and coordination of our local transport operations.

Position Available: Logistics Service Coordinator
Location: Darwin, NT

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and daily scheduling of customer deliveries and local fleet operations.
• Develop and manage driver rosters, ensuring effective utilisation of assets and cross-skilling across refrigerated and dry freight.
• Monitor and track drivers throughout their scheduled runs to ensure on-time delivery and customer service excellence.
• Coordinate with supervisors on driver availability, absentee coverage and asset utilisation.
• Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to align fleet maintenance, seasonal tasks and rail planning.
• Ensure full compliance with driver fatigue management and company safety requirements.
• Liaise directly with customers to manage expectations, resolve scheduling issues and maintain strong service relationships.
• Looking for work-life balance? Our 7/7 roster means you’ll only work around 26 weeks per year
• Day shift hours: 6:30am – 5:30pm | Tuesday to Monday

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in transport or logistics operations.
• Strong background in operations planning, scheduling and customer liaison.
• Experience managing rosters, asset utilisation and driver allocation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, electronic whiteboard systems, customer portals and data entry platforms.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
