We’re currently expanding our team and looking for Internal Sales Coordinator to join us in delivering quality service to our customers.

Position Available: Internal Sales Coordinator

Location: Richlands, Queensland

About the Role:

We are currently searching for an Internal Sales Coordinator with a creative mindset to join our energetic Business Development Team, with the role based at our Richlands depot.

This role would suit someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across multiple tasks at once. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential to manage the workflow of internal sales processes effectively.

This role is fulltime and will be working in conjunction with our Business Development Team to assist with the internal sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a friendly, collaborative team that values your input

• Liaise with internal operations to ensure seamless communication and workflow

• Generate accurate quotes and maintain up to date customer records
• Handling large volume of customer enquiries, generating quotes and maintaining up to date client records
• Coordinate and compile compelling sales response documents that meet tight deadlines
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop winning bid proposals
• Review documentation to ensure clients receive everything they need with no detail overlooked

Skills and Experience:

• Team player with good collaboration skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple assignments to meet agreed deadlines
• A willingness to learn
• Demonstrated proficiency across Microsoft Excel & Word
• Confidence to work independently while staying aligned with team goals High attention to detail
• Experience in Logistics industry will be highly regarding but not essential
