We’re currently seeking a Learning & Development Advisor on a 12-month fixed term contract to support critical digital transformation projects.

This role will commence in January 2026, providing a smooth onboarding experience ahead of the launch of our learning and development project. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to prepare, settle in, and begin contributing to key digital learning initiatives from day one.

About the Role

Centurion is preparing for the implementation of Dayforce Learning and expanding our digital training capability. We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Advisor to redevelop online content, lead digital learning delivery, and support the seamless transition to new learning platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is seeking flexible working arrangements - we are open to school-hour schedules or parents returning to the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination and delivery of key L&D projects, including the implementation of Dayforce Learning.
  • Rebuild and develop digital learning content in Articulate 360 / Rise to ensure Dayforce compatibility.
  • Develop and implement learning strategies and frameworks to support digital learning delivery and integration of learning technologies.
  • Support the execution of the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to inform the organisational capability development plan.
  • Oversee the creation, review and maintenance of online learning materials to ensure relevance, quality and accessibility.
  • Work with subject matter experts to translate business and operational knowledge into engaging online learning resources.
  • Monitor user adoption and system optimisation of Dayforce Learning, ensuring effective rollout and engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across People & Capability and Operations to align learning delivery with business needs.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and develop tailored learning solutions.
  • Collect, analyse and report on learning data, engagement metrics and TNA insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance learning impact and employee development outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Learning & Development or similar.
  • Strong background in adult learning principles and best practice learning design. 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Learning & Development or Digital Learning Design.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (Dayforce Learning desirable).
  • Proficiency with Articulate 360 / Rise and digital content development tools.
  • Strong experience in digital learning design, LMS implementation and content administration.
  • Skilled in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and learning data reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, project coordination and change support skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.)
