We’re currently expanding our team and looking for Transport Coordinator to join us in delivering quality service to our customers.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to ensure smooth operations by leaning on their experience in a similar role within the transport and logistics sector. If you’re ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate and Schedule Southwest Transport Operations to ensure smooth delivery of trailers
• Configure Freezer/Chiller Loads, organising collection and delivery to multiple locations in Perth
• Ensure drivers and trailers depart in a timely manner to meet booked time slots
• This role operates Monday to Friday,(4am – 1pm) with a rostered requirement to work every third Saturday.

Skills and Experience: 

• Previous experience in a similar position (transport and logistics experience is desirable)
• Knowledge of TMS System’s desirable
• Understanding of and experience with  tracking and processing system as well as scheduling and maintain accurate records
• Excellent communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
