We’re currently expanding our team and looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accreditation Officer to join our Compliance & Fleet team in Perth.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a compliance-focused professional to play a key role in supporting and maintaining Centurion’s accreditation and compliance requirements across our transport operations.
You will work closely with operational teams to ensure compliance with WA Heavy Vehicle Accreditation standards and other relevant transport, safety and operational requirements. You’ll assist with audits, investigations, reporting, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives that support safe and compliant operations across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively with operational stakeholders, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about driving compliance and process improvement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain accreditation requirements in line with WA Heavy Vehicle Accreditation standards and regulatory obligations
- Support the development, review and implementation of compliance policies, procedures and systems
- Monitor operational compliance activities and identify areas of risk, non-conformance and improvement
- Assist with internal and external audits, inspections and accreditation reviews
- Investigate compliance issues and support the implementation of corrective actions
- Maintain accurate compliance records, registers and audit documentation
- Provide day-to-day compliance support and technical advice to operational teams
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders where required
- Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives across management systems and compliance processes
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in transport compliance, accreditation, auditing or a similar compliance-focused role
- Knowledge of WA Heavy Vehicle Accreditation requirements and transport legislation
- Experience reviewing and maintaining policies, procedures and compliance systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and risks
- Experience supporting audits, inspections and compliance reviews
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and strong record-keeping capabilities
- Intermediate to advanced computer and reporting skills
