We’re currently expanding our team and looking for Branch Administrator to join us in delivering quality service to our customers.

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and customer‑focused Administration & Customer Service Officer to join our busy Karratha branch. This is a hands‑on, front‑of‑house role with a strong focus on face‑to‑face customer service, parcel handling, and administrative support.

Our branch experiences a high volume of daily customer interaction, so this position suits someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in providing consistent, professional service.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage high‑volume incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries
  • Provide a hands‑on, customer‑facing approach to parcel collections and counter service
  • Deliver consistent, professional face‑to‑face customer service in a busy branch environment
  • Assist management and staff with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and reporting
  • Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, issue resolution, and service follow‑up
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across internal systems

Skills and Experience: 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong customer service skills with confidence engaging face‑to‑face and over the phone
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving ability and sound judgement in day‑to‑day situations
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook; PowerPoint desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
