Ute Driver

We are seeking a reliable Light Vehicle Driver to join our team at Centurion Transport, based at our Adelaide depot. You will be responsible for local pickups and deliveries of parcel and general freight, ensuring loads are handled safely and delivered on time. This role support and pats the day-to-day operations of the business and requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and time management.

 What You’ll Be Doing

• Loading and unloading parcels and general freight
• Completing local pickups and deliveries
• Conducting vehicle pre-start checks
• Ensuring freight is loaded and delivered on time
• Checking freight against paperwork for accuracy
• Completing connotes and scanning correctly
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety and safe driving practices

What you’ll Bring

• Valid C Class Driver’s License
• Ability to drive Manuel gearbox 
• Good knowledge of the Adelaide metro area
• Strong time management and reliability
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Good communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork and scanning
• Physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading tasks
• Commitment to safety and safe work practices
