We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HSEQ Data Analyst to join our HSEQ team based in Perth.

About the Role:

This role plays a key part in supporting Centurion’s safety, environmental, quality and compliance performance through data analysis, reporting and system management.

Working closely with the HSEQ and Injury Management teams, you will analyse HSEQ and injury management data to provide actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making across the business. You will also take the lead on various HSEQ system improvements, reporting initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

We are looking for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in data analysis, reporting, HSEQ systems or a similar analytical role, with strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse HSEQ and injury management data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Prepare reports and dashboards for Executive, Board, operational and customer reporting
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and HSEQ reporting systems
• Manage and maintain HSEQ systems including Myosh, Solv, ChemAlert and AlcoConnect
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HSEQ system data and reporting outputs
• Support incident, audit, workers compensation and critical risk reporting analysis
• Assist with HSEQ tender submissions and third-party questionnaires
• Develop systems training materials and deliver training to stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across HSEQ systems and processes
• Contribute to fostering a positive and proactive HSEQ culture across the business

Skills & Experience:

• Experience analysing and interpreting safety or operational data
• Advanced Power BI and Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience creating reports, dashboards and data-driven insights
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
• Experience working with HSEQ or safety management systems highly regarded
• Experience with Myosh or similar systems will be highly advantageous

Qualifications:

• ICTSS00104 Data Analysis Skill Set or equivalent preferred
• Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Expert/Advanced or equivalent preferred
• Myosh Advanced Configuration experience highly regarded
