About the Role: 

We are now seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor to join our team based at our Karratha site. 

The Opportunity 

Reporting to the Branch Operations Manager, this exciting role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations by controlling, directing and maximising the productivity and effectiveness of the branch. You will play a key part in ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective operational performance while fostering a culture built on leadership, accountability and continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Implement operational changes to improve branch efficiency and productivity 

• Oversee cost control, utilisation and operational performance through structured reviews 

• Monitor fleet movement to ensure safe, reliable and cost-effective freight distribution 

• Uphold and promote Centurion’s values, safety culture and commitment to operational excellence 

• Ensure appropriate policies, procedures and operational structures are in place and followed 

• Drive local hire initiatives and ensure optimal utilisation of branch-based assets 

Skills & Experience: 

• Tertiary qualification in Management or equivalent industry experience 

• Hold or be willing to obtain a QSEC Licence 

• Demonstrated experience supervising supply chain or logistics operations 

• Experience with general freight consolidation 

• Cost-control mindset with strong commercial awareness 

• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
