Centurion is looking for driven and capable Scheduling Supervisors to step into a fast-paced operational leadership role. This is not just a scheduling position - you’ll be at the centre of daily transport execution, leading people, solving problems in real time, and keeping the operation moving.

With two shift options available, this role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of your shift and make a measurable impact on performance, culture, and service delivery.

Available shifts on offer:

  • AM: 5:00am – 3:00pm | Tuesday to Saturday
  • PM: 2:00pm – 12:00am | Monday to Friday

 

The Opportunity

You’ll lead the scheduling function on shift, ensuring plans are executed, issues are resolved quickly, and both drivers and schedulers are supported to perform at their best. This is a hands-on role where visibility on the floor, strong decision-making, and clear communication is key.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the scheduling team
  • Be responsible for a pool of Drivers reporting directly to yourself
  • Acting as the first point of escalation for driver-related matters including pay, rosters, and RTW programs
  • Ensuring all scheduling activities are executed accurately
  • Keeping the operation running smoothly by identifying issues early and resolving them proactively
  • Providing clear, structured daily reporting to the Transport Manager
  • Driving team performance by recognising high performers and contributing to a positive team culture
  • Monitoring fleet availability, identifying constraints, and escalating issues impacting service delivery
  • Maintaining visibility over driver engagement and retention trends
  • Ensuring strict compliance with WA fatigue management and NHVR requirements

 

About You

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within transport or logistics
  • Confidence managing drivers and operational teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Working knowledge of fatigue management and compliance requirements
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to influence across teams
