About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Coordinator to assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Assist in creating project timelines, action plans, and schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Budget and Resource Management: Track project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between project managers, team members, clients, and other stakeholders, organizing meetings and providing updates.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, prepare reports, and manage contracts, invoices, and permits.
- Risk and Issue Tracking: Monitor project risks, issues, and progress, assisting in problem-solving and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience and Qualifications: Previous experience as a Project Coordinator in a high paced domestic transport environment ideally with exposure to out of gauge/heavy haulage commodity.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Organisation and Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple project activities simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data entry tools.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Ability to guide, coordinate, and motivate team members while maintaining collaboration.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to identify issues and implement solutions efficiently.
