| The Hourly Administrative Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for the VCU Center for Trauma and Critical Care Education (CTCCE). This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering the department's main telephone line and monitoring the general office email account. The Administrative Assistant assists prospective and current students, healthcare providers, and partner agencies by responding to routine inquiries regarding CTCCE educational programs, registration, course availability, and departmental services. Questions beyond the scope of the position are routed to the appropriate CTCCE staff member for follow-up.
In addition to customer service responsibilities, this position provides general administrative support to facilitate the daily operations of the department. |
