About this Position

Responsible for all catering organization, preparation, delivery, set up, and clean up. Other duties as assigned. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. This position is heavy in manual labor and requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and in excess of 50 pounds occasionally. Must complete a satisfactory background check.

Required Qualifications

  • High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • Two years of related food experience. Post-secondary education may be substituted for years of experience

  • Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:

    Valid Oklahoma Driver's License - before hire; Food Handler's Permit/Serve Safe Certification acquire - after hire

  • Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

    Operate a computer. Learn applicable software programs, excel, MCS Ability, to effectively apply principles and methods consistent with accepted food preparation, purchasing, and personnel management practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
