Specialist Communications Stillwater
This position will support the Department of Wellness and University Counseling Services by contributing to communications and marketing efforts to current students, employees and community members. This includes creating engaging writing content across channels including social media, email, web and more. This position serves as the social media lead and is responsible for managing the social media editorial calendars for the Department of Wellness and University Counseling Services channels. The communications specialist will maintain these areas' websites, including creating new content, updating existing content, posting events to the online calendar, and implementing web strategy in partnership with the Department of Brand Management. This position will provide oversight and feedback to interns who write social media content for the various channels. This position will also support special initiatives and other duties as assigned by the Manager Marketing for the Department of Wellness. Some evening and weekend activities, including social media monitoring, may be required in order to meet the needs of the position. This position will report on the OSU Stillwater campus.
Coordinator Outdoor Adventure Stillwater
The Coordinator Outdoor Adventure and Leadership will oversee the daily operations of our climbing wall and the challenge course. Enforce policies and procedures for Outdoor Recreation; recommend policy changes to the Assistant Director of Outdoor Adventure and Leadership Programs. Research, plan and administer all climbing wall programs and trainings. Research, plan and administer challenge course programing. Maintain equipment and facilities used for the climbing wall and challenge course. Work with the AD of Outdoor Adventure and Leadership to develop and facilitate staff training for the climbing wall and trip programs. Organize and plan local and national trips. Plan and host special events at the climbing wall. Train employees and enforce the OSU OA Work at Heights program for the climbing wall and trips program. Track programming participation and outcomes.

Accountant I-III Cost & Reporting Compliance Stillwater
Join our team as a senior compliance accountant in the cost and reporting area within the OSU Tax and Compliance department, where you’ll play a key role in the following functions: Fringe Benefit Rate Management: Oversee the annual fringe benefit rate proposal, reconcile benefit liabilities, and support audits. Cost & Rate Structure Analysis: Conduct annual reviews of store pricing, break-even analysis, and compliance with Cost Accounting Standards. Tax Compliance & Reporting: Prepare working papers for OSU’s annual tax return, coordinate with external tax consultants, and manage Unrelated Business Income (UBI) reporting. Indirect Cost (IDC) Rate Proposals: Prepare and submit IDC rate proposals for OSU and Langston University, ensuring adherence to Uniform Guidance and Cost Accounting Standards. Financial Reporting & Special Projects: Prepare key reports such as the HERD Survey and NIH Expenditures, review working fund transfers, and contribute to strategic financial initiatives. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and experience in cost accounting, payroll processing, or financial compliance. This position has the flexibility to develop and modify processes and procedures to increase efficiency and improve effectiveness within their role.
