The Project Manager will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a multi-campus, grant-funded initiative designed to improve the identification of risky opioid and substance use and opioid/substance use disorders (OUD/SUD) among college and university students. This role is responsible for implementing evidence-based screening, brief intervention, and referral to treatment (SBIRT) practices across participating campuses by training and supporting key stakeholders, including campus health, counseling, student affairs, and other frontline staff. The Project Manager will ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices, coordinate cross-campus partnerships, and drive continuous quality improvement to expand access to timely, appropriate substance use care for students with particular focus on integration of SPARK services to campus providers.

The primary responsibilities for this position include teaching real estate and property management courses, advising students in the BSBA in Real Estate and Property Management and the Property and Real Estate Management Certificate, and engaging with industry partners to support student learning and program development. This position is located on the Stillwater campus. The salary is commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience and includes a competitive benefits package, contingent on available funds. The position offers an initial contract for three years and can be renewed. The start date is flexible, with a preferred start date of Spring 2027.
