| As a senior member of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions communications team, this position will support the university’s enrollment management goals by leading communication, marketing and outreach efforts to prospective students and their families, high school and college counselors and other internal and external audiences through emails and text messages. This role will contribute to strategic planning, including analyzing CRM data and staying up-to-date on communications best practices for prospective students; ensure copy and design align with Brand Management standards; lead copy writing within the communications team and campus partners; coach direct reports to success; assist in executing social media campaigns; provide leadership in carrying out special initiatives and other duties as assigned by the leadership team. In addition to project management, supervisory responsibilities include assisting and providing guidance in the training of new staff members and conducting ongoing training and professional development for existing staff members.
