Daily operations of video/film management and analytics for the baseball program. As well as assist in recruiting efforts prior to and during official and unofficial visits. Responsible for equipment maintenance. Work schedule will sometimes vary in regards to Athletic events to film away games sometimes daily, weekly or monthly. Exposed to all types of weather conditions, the climbing of metal towers, and to walk cat-walks at filming locations for athletic events.

The accountant position supports the operations of Enterprise IT by managing and reconciling financial accounts held at OSU and, when applicable, the OSU Foundation. This role ensures that all financial transactions and documentation are processed accurately and in full compliance with OSU policies, as well as state and federal laws and regulations.

Functions as a Medical Office Assistant in a professional medical office environment. Responsibilities range from processing patient visit utilizing clinical EMR system, receiving incoming calls, routing electronic phone notes to appropriate areas, facilitating patient check out process, running reports and preparing cash drawer for daily deposits to processing medical claims and payments. Individual will work a rotating late shift periodically with other Medical Office Assistants. Candidates should possess a working knowledge of medical office procedures for proper coding and data entry purposes. Medical Office Assistant must maintain strict confidentiality of all patient health information. Effective listening, communication and customer service skills are required. All other duties as assigned. This position will require the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Postdoctoral Fellow: Molecular Analysis of Photosynthetic Complexes	Stillwater
Applications are invited for a DOE-supported postdoctoral position to study the assembly and function of photosynthetic complexes. The work combines state-of-the-art molecular genetic, biochemical, and biophysical approaches to clarify basic photosynthetic mechanisms using a cyanobacterial model organism that is amenable to genetic engineering to test basic photosynthetic mechanisms at the cellular and molecular level.
Administrative Support Specialist I - Senior Administrative Support Specialist	Stillwater
This position reports to the Assistant Director of Testing and Technology within University Assessment and Testing. It is responsible for the day-to-day administration of local and national testing, which includes, but is not limited to proctoring the following tests: OSU course tests, placement tests, tests requiring accommodations through Student Accessibility Services (SAS), TOEFL, ACT, CLEP, PROV, ETS tests, FAA certifications, and Pearson Vue tests, amongst others. This position works closely with examinees, faculty, and other OSU administrative offices such as Student Accessibility Services and the Office of Undergraduate Admissions to provide information about and deliver the varied services available at the OSU Testing Center.
Assistant Director, Communications	Stillwater
As part of a dynamic leadership team within the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, the Assistant Director of Communications will oversee our creative and collaborative communications team, which is responsible for strategic mass communication, marketing, and outreach efforts to prospective students, their families, and other internal and external audiences. Reporting to the Associate Director of Communications, this position will collaborate with leadership to implement short- and long-term communication strategies to positively impact enrollment goals on the OSU-Stillwater and OSU-Tulsa campuses. The assistant director will manage and direct daily operations of the communications functions of the department, including creating engaging content, assigning projects, establishing deadlines and executing a robust communication strategy for print, email, social media, web, events and more. Specifically, the assistant director will oversee print and mail strategy across target populations. This position will collaborate across the Office of Undergraduate Admissions in Stillwater and Tulsa working closely with the recruitment, data and new student experience teams to meet enrollment goals, ensure quality control. Additionally, the assistant director will work closely with campus partners and other key stakeholders to elevate, align and execute the communication strategy.
