Position Summary:
To assist the Facilities department in maintaining student residences.
This is a summer position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair furniture in student residences
- Report all problems in kitchenette and restroom units
- Perform basic cleaning tasks and necessary maintenance duties of residence buildings
- Perform various carpentry work as requested
- Perform minor electrical/plumbing repairs and modifications
- Perform other duties as requested or assigned

Qualifications:
- Ability to interact with a variety of individuals in a professional, tactful, and courteous manner
- Knowledge of carpentry, electrical work, and/or plumbing
- Maintain a growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, reflect His character in all interactions, and faithfully uphold and embrace Northwestern’s mission, Doctrinal Statement and Declaration of Christian Community

- Background Check: Must pass background check as a condition of employment.
