(FWS) Rose Rock Habitat for Humanity - Admin Assistant Norman
The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the staff of Rose Rock Habitat for Humanity. This position assists with organizing records, maintaining databases, preparing documents, and supporting volunteers, donors, and community partners. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and committed to supporting the organization's mission of building homes, community, and hope throughout South Central Oklahoma. Essential Responsibilities: Provide administrative and clerical support to office staff. Organize and maintain digital files using SharePoint, OneDrive, and other cloud-based systems. Perform accurate data entry and maintain donor, volunteer, and organizational records. Prepare letters, reports, spreadsheets, and other office documents. Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide professional customer service. Assist with scheduling, filing, scanning, copying, and general office organization. Support volunteer coordination by preparing materials and assisting with communications. Assist with donor acknowledgments, mailings, and other fundraising support activities. Help with special projects and events as assigned. Maintain confidentiality of organizational and donor information. Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission of the organization. This position offers valuable experience in nonprofit administration, volunteer engagement, donor relations, and office operations while providing an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting Rose Rock Habitat for Humanity's work to build stronger families and stronger communities.
Undergraduate Academic Assistant (Fall) Norman
The OU Arts & Humanities Forum seeks two undergraduates to serve as Public Humanities Interns for the Fall 2026 semester. Interns will assist the Forum Director and build practical public humanities skills in five major domains: marketing and communications, stakeholder management, event planning and logistics, the documentation of programming impact, and public-facing humanities podcasting. Interns will work as a team to accomplish programming goals, so will also gain hands-on experience in team-based planning and production.
Collection Manager, Archaeology Norman
Responsible for the daily curatorial operations and management of the SNOMNH Collection of Archaeology in assistance to the Curator of Archaeology. Develop and maintain the collection, databases, image library, and associated metadata. Support research staff and education and exhibition programs and provide content for the website. Ensure proper permits, including state, national and international permits, and documentation for field collections, accessions, loans, and exchange of museum specimens. Assist the Curator of Archaeology in field work and obtaining and preparing objects for their research. Assist faculty, scholars, visiting researchers, and students in use of the collection. Assist in organizing and preparing presentations and programs highlighting collection materials and research activities. Assist the Curator of Archaeology in training and supervising students, interns, and volunteers. This permanent staff position reports to the Curator Archaeology.

Staff Research Assistant Oklahoma City
The Dalebroux Lab is looking for a detail oriented, task driven Staff Research Assistant to join their team. Here, we employ techniques in bacteriology, biochemistry, molecular biology, eukaryotic cell culture and genetics to define the environmental signals that cue specific OMV production by Bacteroides and discern bacterial molecules within these OMVs that influence gut homeostasis and dysbiosis during health and disease as it relates to Cdif infection. This position will involve working with Biosafety Level 2 microbes that pose a moderate potential threat to personnel or the environment. Experience with maintaining a laboratory notebook, recording and summarizing experimental results, and communicating data, hypotheses, and experimental approaches is desired. The individual will work directly with the Principal Investigator in the lab to accomplish the primary research goals and to maintain Institution Biosafety standards.
