| As an employee of the OU Athletic Ticket Office, you will be the front line of the athletic department. You will work with
other student workers to assist in the operations of the OU Athletic Ticket Office. You will be assisting customers in
purchasing and/or distributing tickets over the phone and/or in person. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively with the public and co-workers. Students must be willing to work select home sporting events, but it will be mandatory for student workers to work all home football games until halftime.
Essential Functions:
Provide customer service through phone, in person, and email avenues
Ticket sales and order management
Database management
Game day event preparation and management
Complementary ticket management and fulfillment
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Other duties as assigned |

| Creative students will assist with daily creative video and graphic needs for the Oklahoma Football team.
Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to, assisting in the creation of graphic/video content for recruiting, internal team needs, and
social channels.
