The Student Social Media Assistant supports the organization's digital marketing and communication efforts by creating engaging content, maintaining social media accounts, and promoting campus events, programs, and initiatives. This position offers students hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, branding, and digital communications while working in a collaborative team environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X. Capture photos and short videos at campus events, student activities, and special programs. Design graphics using Canva or similar design software. Draft captions that align with the organization's voice and branding guidelines. Schedule social media posts using approved scheduling software. Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and engagement, escalating questions when appropriate. Research current social media trends and recommend creative content ideas. Assist with planning and executing social media campaigns. Maintain an organized library of digital photos and video assets. Track basic analytics and prepare simple reports on post performance. Collaborate with staff to promote upcoming events and initiatives. Perform other marketing and communications duties as assigned.

The Coffee Festival Event Planning Assistant supports the planning, preparation, and coordination of the annual Coffee Festival. This position will assist with vendor and sponsor communication, event logistics, organization of festival materials, and on-site event support. The role is ideal for a student interested in event planning, hospitality, marketing, communications, or community engagement. The student employee must be available to attend and assist with the Coffee Festival on March 6, 2027. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Contact prospective and confirmed vendors and sponsors by phone and email. Maintain organized records of vendor and sponsor contact information, agreements, payments, and participation details. Follow up with vendors and sponsors regarding deadlines, event requirements, and requested materials. Assist with organizing vendor applications, sponsorship information, and event documentation. Coordinate event logistics, including vendor placement, tables, signage, equipment, supplies, and registration materials. Assist with creating event schedules, checklists, maps, and planning documents. Help prepare promotional materials, welcome packets, name badges, and other festival materials. Communicate event updates and instructions to vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and internal staff. Assist with event setup, registration, vendor check-in, guest support, and cleanup. Help troubleshoot basic issues during the event and direct questions to the appropriate staff member. Maintain a professional and welcoming presence when communicating with community partners and event participants. Perform other event planning and administrative duties as assigned.

The Greeter and Sales Floor Assistant serves as the first point of contact for customers by creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience. This position assists customers with locating merchandise, answering basic questions, maintaining an organized sales floor, and supporting daily retail operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, approachable, dependable, and enjoys interacting with people. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Welcome customers as they enter the store and provide friendly, professional customer service. Assist customers in locating products and answering general questions. Direct customers to appropriate staff members for specialized assistance when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor. Restock merchandise and straighten displays throughout the day. Monitor fitting rooms, merchandise displays, and customer areas as assigned. Assist with promotional displays, seasonal merchandise, and store presentations. Support inventory organization and light stocking duties. Assist with basic housekeeping tasks to maintain an inviting shopping environment. Help with customer purchases, bagging, or other front-end support as needed. Perform other retail and customer service duties as assigned.

The Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, storing, and moving merchandise in a safe and efficient manner. This position helps maintain accurate inventory, prepares merchandise for the sales floor, and ensures the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to perform physical work in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive, unload, and organize incoming merchandise and deliveries. Inspect shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies or damaged items. Move merchandise between the warehouse, storage areas, and sales floor as needed. Stock shelves, storage racks, and inventory locations in an organized manner. Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records. Prepare merchandise for display or distribution. Keep aisles, storage areas, and workspaces clean, organized, and free of hazards. Safely operate carts, pallet jacks, or other approved equipment as trained. Assist with loading and unloading merchandise for special events or deliveries. Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions immediately. Perform other warehouse and inventory duties as assigned.
