Lead Contract/Grant Coordinator Oklahoma City
In the Department of Medicine, we are growing and are excited to add to our team! The Lead Contract/Grant Coordinator will work as a part of the Central Research Team. Under minimal supervision, this position provides administrative support to a state or national level sponsored grant by preparing grant proposals, managing the grant award finances, and acting as a liaison between the faculty and central offices for required university approvals. This position requires a proficient understanding of research administration concepts, guidelines, and principles. The position will work closely with the Central Research Team Manager and will assist the team in achieving team goals and the DOM’s mission
(FWS) Girl Scouts - Program and Events Intern (Fall) Oklahoma City
The Programs and Events Intern provides administrative, logistical and hands-on support to the Programs Team from October 1 through December 30. This temporary internship offers practical experience in nonprofit program planning, event management, volunteer engagement and youth development. Working under the supervision of the Lead Programs Specialist, the intern will assist with planning, preparing and executing Girl Scout events and activities while supporting the delivery of a high-quality Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE). The intern will gain valuable professional experience through both office responsibilities and on-site event execution. Throughout the internship, the Programs and Events Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting a variety of council events, including fall family programs, digital media workshops, overnight outdoor experiences and seasonal celebrations. The intern will participate in every phase of nonprofit event planning, from preparation and logistics to activity facilitation, event execution and post-event evaluation. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service and flexibility to work evenings and weekends during scheduled events.

PEAK - Catering Food Services Worker Norman
Performs food service, sanitation, and kitchen maintenance. Serves food with proper portion control and knowledge of menu items. Load, carry, and transport hot or cold food items or containers to customers, serving lines, designated floors or dining tables -safely, efficiently, and timely. Assists with special events across the University and across campuses that may include breakfast, luncheons and dinners, catering needs, student organizational special requests, and day-to-day events. Will often transport food items from production environment to other campus/community locations. Make space ready for catering function, to include setting up serving lines with all necessary display items and utensils. Aid cooks in preparing meals and plating food as requested by the chef or other supervising employee. Serve and pack warm foods to clients in an effective manner and in strict accordance the orders of such clients. Clean pots, pans, and any other dishes in the kitchen as needed, adhering to safety and sanitation standards at all times. Ensure food, drinks, and other items are displayed professionally while maintaining food safety standards. Properly and safely measures, weighs, and combines ingredients for quantity preparation of simple menu items. Adhere to food safety standards at all times. Follows up on requests with a sense of urgency. Maintains professional behavior and composure in difficult interpersonal situations. Communicates with co-workers and others in calm considerate manner. Take initiative during slower times to stock items, or perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor or front-end manager. Ensure exemplary guest service through all forms of banquet service, carving stations, running food during events, buffets, plated, replenishing product and supplies in compliance with event standards.
Mesonet Network Operations Center - Student Employee (FALL) Norman
The Oklahoma Mesonet collects and disseminates weather data from 170+ automated weather stations across the state. Located in the National Weather Center, the Mesonet Operations Group manages data collection, monitors Mesonet websites and products, and serves as the initial point of contact for Mesonet customers from the Mesonet operations center.

The Student Athletics Photographer contributes to the overall vision and goals of Oklahoma Athletics by capturing moments and engaging content that tells the story of our athletics programs and student-athletes through photos. Student photographers assist the Director and Assistant Director of Photography in coverage/support for all photography-related requests and coverage of the University’s 21 varsity sports, collaborating with the creative staffs to elevate departmental initiatives while ensuring a cohesive style across all department photography.
