| Working in the University Libraries dean’s office in the Bizzell Memorial Library, the Senior Administrative Support Specialist provides public-facing administrative support for the dean’s office and individual support to senior administrators. As a key member of the administrative support team the position completes a wide range of duties geared toward assisting visitors to the library dean’s office, coordinating room reservations within University Libraries, supporting library projects, tracking progress on key initiatives, preparing various reports, coordinating events, and assisting with fund-raising activities and events. The position provides support for library communications, including producing flyers, posters, signage and editing publication content. The specialist also provides support for all travel and professional development activities. |

Senior Athletics Academic Advisor

| This is a full-time professional position within the Prentice Gautt Academic Center, a comprehensive support services unit for intercollegiate student-athletes. The Senior Athletics Academic Advisor reports to the Director of Football Academics and is charged with managing aspects of academic support for assigned Football Student-Athletes and an additional Olympic Sport, and monitoring their academic progress, NCAA eligibility requirements, and progress toward graduation. Additionally, this position includes assisting the Director with training new advising staff and coordinating outreach initiatives with the campus advising community. This position requires consistent and open communication with coaches and staff, knowledge of best practices in college student advising, and a thorough understanding of NCAA and conference guidelines and regulations. |
