| As an employee of the OU Athletic Ticket Office, you will be the front line of the athletic department. You will work with other student workers to assist in the operations of the OU Athletic Ticket Office. You will be assisting customers in purchasing and/or distributing tickets over the phone and/or in person. Candidates should be able to communicate
effectively with the public and co-workers. Students must be willing to work select home sporting events, but it will be mandatory for student workers to work all home football games until halftime.
Essential Functions:
Provide customer service through phone, in person, and email avenues
Ticket sales and order management

Game day event preparation and management
Complementary ticket management and fulfillment
Maintain regular and punctual attendance

| The Warehouse Assistant supports the daily operations of The Mission's warehouse by receiving, sorting, organizing, and moving donated merchandise and supplies. This position plays an important role in ensuring donated items are processed efficiently and safely to support the organization's mission. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Duties
Receive, unload, and sort donated merchandise and other incoming shipments.
Organize merchandise and supplies in designated warehouse storage areas.
Move inventory between receiving, storage, and retail or distribution areas as needed.
Assist with preparing merchandise for display, distribution, or storage.
Maintain accurate organization of inventory and warehouse materials.
Help load and unload donations and deliveries.
Keep warehouse aisles, workstations, and storage areas clean, safe, and free of hazards.
Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization projects.
Follow established safety procedures when handling merchandise and equipment.
Provide support during donation drives, special events, or other organizational needs as assigned.
Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

Students will be trained in basic first aid and use of rehabilitation equipment and gain CPR certification. Students will be expected to maintain confidentiality of facilities and services provided. |

Representative Duties:
The Sooner Card Student Assistant works directly with the Sooner Card Team Leads and under the Sooner Card Graduate Assistants and provides excellent customer service to a diverse community of students, staff, faculty, and their affiliates. They will assist with or be directly responsible for the following:
Opening/closing the Sooner Card office with little to no supervision
Printing Sooner Cards, Research Cards, etc.
Daily cleaning and sanitation of workspace
Answering the Phone and routing calls or taking messages
Responding to emails and processing orders.
Dealing with credit card, debit card, and cash transactions
Other clerical tasks as required. |

| Performs food service, sanitation, and kitchen maintenance. Serves food with proper portion control and knowledge of menu items. Remembers special requests, and delivers food in a timely manner. Load, carry, and transport hot or cold food items or containers to customers, serving lines, designated floors or dining tables-safely, efficiently, and timely. Assists with special events across the University and across campuses that may include breakfast, luncheons and dinners, catering needs, student organizational special requests, and day-to-day events. Will often transport food items from production environment to other campus/community locations. Make space ready for catering function, to include setting up serving lines with all necessary display items and utensils. Aid cooks in preparing meals and plating food as requested by the chef or other supervising employee. Serve and pack warm foods to clients in an effective manner and in strict accordance to the orders of such clients. Clean pots, pans, and any other dishes in the kitchen as needed, adhering to safety and sanitation standards at all times. Assist with cleaning the restaurant and dining area by picking up trash, clearing and washing plates and dishes, and wiping down tables as needed. Ensure food, drinks, and other items are displayed professionally while maintaining food safety standards. Properly and safely measures, weighs and combines ingredients for quantity preparation of simple menu items. Adhere to food safety standards at all times, making sure that all food is free or contaminants and pathogens that might make customers sick. Follows up on requests with a sense of urgency. Maintains professional behavior and composure in difficult interpersonal situations. Communicates with co-workers and others in calm considerate manner. Provide efficient, friendly, and informative service following established customer service standards and departmental core purpose/core values. |
