Campus Operator (Fall)

| OU IT is currently hiring for the position of Campus Operator. This position transfers inbound calls for the Norman and OKC campuses. Shifts take place between 8am-5pm CST, Monday through Friday. This position requires approximately 4-6 hours of paid training. This position does not involve providing IT support to callers.
Job Duties:
Answer and transfer calls received to the Norman/OKC main phone lines and operator lines
Maintain a professional approach to all calls and represent OU IT in a professional manner
Support additional university initiatives/offices with technical assistance and/or phone support |

Services Specialist (Fall)

| OU IT is currently hiring the position of Services Specialist. This position provides customer support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions in our Service Centers. Students in this role will troubleshoot minor issues, provide technical support, and communicate with various IT teams to resolve more technically advanced customer incidents. Students will also occasionally direct inbound calls across campus as the campus operator for Norman/OKC campuses.
Most shifts will take place between 8am-8pm CST, Monday through Friday. Some weekend shifts may be required. This position requires approximately one month of paid training. Due to the amount of time and effort that must be devoted to onboarding new employees, this position is not recommended for applicants who intend to work in the role for less than two academic semesters. Students hired for this position will be required to continue working with our team during most of the summer break and into the Fall semester. |

Student Lifeguard (Fall)

| Provides lifeguarding, life safety support, and customer service. Maintains concentrated observation of swimmers in duty

Sport Science Student Assistant (Fall)

| Work closely with other sport science staff to provide sport science services to student athletes, with a primary focus on (Recovery and Performance Science), with the possibility of a role with teams as deemed appropriate by the Director of Sport Science. Will be expected to perform day to day duties in the Everest Training Center, including hours within the Recovery Rooms, assessment, and monitoring data collection with athletic teams. Develop effective educational presentations, consensus statements, best practices and handout materials for staff student athletes. Maintain ongoing communications with performance staff regarding pertinent sport science information. Position includes role at (Recovery or Performance Science Lab) in addition to administrative responsibilities related to daily operations of these facilities. May be required to perform additional duties as deemed necessary by the Director of Sport Science |

Sooner Club Student Hospitality Assistant (Fall)

| The Sooner Club is seeking enthusiastic OU students to manage suite and club areas at all home football games, home basketball games, and serve as guides during Gaylord Family - Oklahoma Memorial Stadium tours. Hospitality Assistants will ensure a memorable experience for exclusive guests in premium seating during home football games and will have the opportunity to work basketball home games. This role offers the opportunity to be part of the behind-the-scenes action on game days while growing your network and professional skills in a college gameday atmosphere. This position is ideal for students looking to enhance their hospitality, communication, and leadership skills while being immersed in the excitement of OU Athletics.
Essential Functions:
Assist in preparing and setting up premium areas for an exceptional fan experience
Greet and coordinate check-ins for attendees, actively listen to fan needs, and respond to questions with a customer focused, professional attitude
Conduct stadium tours for groups of up to 50, presenting OU Athletics' history in an educational and entertaining manner
Troubleshoot issues, monitor groups during tours, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout all interactions
Participate in mandatory training sessions and attend all required home football games, with the opportunity to work men’s and women’s basketball games in the Courtside Club during winter and spring
