Prepares, produces, and/or sets up and serves food items to include daily specials, standard menu offerings, limited time offerings, infusion meals, catering meals, standard menu, etc.
Stocks and stores food services items.
Receives, rotates, and dispenses food commodities using all applicable guidelines.
Utilizes various kitchen utensils, appliances, and heavy/industrial equipment in food preparation.
Operates a variety of manual and/or automatic kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, dishwashers, mixers, slicers, etc.
Promotes a safe and healthy workplace by identifying unsafe practices, unsafe equipment, and removing refuse as soon as appropriate.
Uses appropriate practices for safe cleaning and is responsible for own safety and safety of others.
Provides professional and exceptional customer service.
Adheres to University policies, as well as health department quality and safety standards.
Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the functions of the position. |

Athletics Student Writing Center Consultant (Fall)

| The OU Athletic Writing Center welcomes and encourages applications from students in a variety of academic disciplines. Student Writing Consultants in the OU Athletic Writing Center provide writing support for student athletes in scheduled 1:1 appointments, walk in appointments, and writing workshops throughout the semester. Writing Consultants must be available to work at least 10 hours per week, attend and actively participate in paid, mandatory training, and contribute to building and sustaining rich writing resources for our writing community. This position offers opportunities for professional development and ongoing support from our Support Services Coordinator. Student Writing consultants work an average of 10 hours per week and may work up to 20 hours per week. Schedules are built based on student athletes’ needs and individual consultant availability. |

Student Video Manager, Oklahoma Football (Fall)

| Student Video Managers assist with daily video operations for the Oklahoma Football team. Responsibilities include filming practices and games, setting up and maintaining equipment, and supporting the organization of instructional video content for the coaching staff. Training is provided.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Operate video cameras at practices, workouts, and games
Set up, maintain, and break down camera and A/V equipment
Record assigned drills with consistent framing and focus
Assist with organizing and uploading practice and game video
Support basic A/V needs for team and position meetings
Communicate effectively and work professionally in a team setting
Follow department policies and procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned |

Responsibilities:
Assist with weekly pre-event duties
Organize and file recruit information
Consolidate recruiting databases
Organize weekly mail
Prepare forms, name tags, receipts, recruiting material, and any tasks associated with visit preparation as assigned by recruiting team
Research programs, social media reporting from PSA, cutting film, effort/loft, evaluation
Assist the creative media staff with content creation |

Student High Dosage Tutor, Athletics Academics (Fall)

| GRIT—Growing Resilient, Innovative Thinkers is a program that provides high dosage, explicit learning and thinking strategies to empower student athletes to feel and find success while providing an opportunity to close any possible academic gaps.
GRIT Mentors have a roster of student athletes to implement research-based strategies for thinking critically beyond basic recall and memorization in reading and math.
We are looking for reading, math, writing, and study skills mentors.
Job Responsibilities:
Attend orientation and monthly training
Mentor and tutor students on a weekly basis
Meet weekly with the Director once a week
Complete daily reports for each assigned student
Develop, plan, prepare, and implement the strategic approach to high dosage tutoring aligned with training
Track, analyze, and synthesize student progress data based on high dosage tutoring model
Communicate with the Coordinator
Arrive in a timely manner
Perform other duties as assigned
All tutoring will take place in the Prentice Gautt Academic Center. |
