| The PreETS Project Manager position oversees a diverse portfolio of projects within the Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program, serving youth with disabilities ages 14-21. The role is responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of departmental staff, including conducting performance evaluations, implementing performance management strategies, and supporting employee development to enhance operational effectiveness. Additionally, this position maintains effective internal and external communication regarding process improvement initiatives, project management activities, and program outcomes to ensure collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. |
