Position Introduction:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and responsible student worker to assist the staff and faculty in the School of Dance office. The student worker will perform clerical tasks, help maintain social media platforms, greet and provide tours for visitors. Other duties will include assisting with event preparation and assisting staff as requested.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assistant to Audition and Recruitment Coordinator
- Assist with Fall and Spring audition days
- Coordinate and provide tours for prospective students & parents
- Assemble recruitment packets
- Coordinate student volunteers for various recruitment/incoming student events
- Mail t-shirts to accepted incoming students
- Gather social media content on request
- Clerical Tasks
- Send out School of Dance weekly studio reservation schedule
- Scan and copy documents as requested
- Retrieve information when requested
- Type documents as requested
- Monitor front desk and answer phone as needed
- Assist with event planning
- Once Upon a Dream/Tutu2k
- Five Moons Dance Festival
- Dance Partners Events
- Perform work related, on campus errands as requested
- Periodical cleaning of School of Dance facilitates

Required Education and Experience:
Must be currently enrolled in a combination of two terms as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
