The team
Reporting to the Head of Rural Research, you will join Adelaide University Rural Health's multidisciplinary research team, contributing to a collaborative program of rural health research, evaluation and capacity building that supports rural communities, health services and educators across South Australia.

Experience
To join our community and thrive in this role, you will likely have the following skills and experience:
- A PhD in health/medical education, public health, rural health, or a relevant discipline OR a Master’s degree in these fields with at least five (5) years of professional experience in health education evaluation or health workforce development programs.
- Demonstrated experience using qualitative and mixed-method approaches to evaluate health education, workforce development programs, health services, or community-based programs.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse, interpret and communicate evaluation findings to inform program improvement and health workforce development.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to co-design and implement evaluations in collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including Aboriginal peoples, students, health professionals, and educators.
- Experience working with Aboriginal staff, students and health professionals to close the gap in health and/or educational outcomes.
- Demonstrated involvement in academic and professional activities, including presentations, workshops, evaluation reporting and collaborative projects.
