• 0.5FTE, fixed-term position until September 2027
• Salary range: (Level A) $82,838 - $111,384 / (Level B)- $117,100 - $138,515 per annum pro rata (plus 17% superannuation)

To join our community and thrive in this role, you will likely have the following skills and experience:

To be successful in a Level A Teaching Focused position, applicants will need:

• Completion of an Honours degree, higher qualifications or equivalent experience; and a Bachelor or Masters qualifying degree in Occupational Therapy, and be eligible for registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in the conduct of different teaching modalities including tutorials, lectures, practical classes, demonstrations, or workshops.
• Demonstrated experience as an educator with knowledge of current clinical education issues across occupational therapy and related disciplines.
• Demonstrated high level interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to the professional development of self and activities that support the occupational therapy profession and the education of occupational therapy students.

To be successful in a Level B Teaching Focused position, applicants will need:

• Completion of an Honours degree, higher qualifications or equivalent experience; and a Bachelor or Masters qualifying degree in Occupational Therapy, and be eligible for registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
• Demonstrated experience in the conduct of tutorials, practical classes, demonstrations, workshops, student field excursions and clinical sessions.
• Demonstrated experience in innovative teaching methods and curriculum development.
• Strong research interests with demonstrated ability to deliver evidence-based practice in community based occupational therapy working with groups or communities or mental health.
