- Salary Range: $116,320 - $130,498 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

This role forms part of Business Intelligence team within the Performance, Data and Insights Function and is aligned to the Corporate Portfolio within the University.

Experience
To join our community and thrive in this role, you will likely have the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience leading business analysis activities across large, complex, and/or enterprise-wide initiatives, preferably within data, reporting, analytics, digital, or business transformation environments
- Extensive experience leading stakeholder engagement, facilitating workshops, and influencing outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leaders and subject matter experts
- Proven experience eliciting, analysing, prioritising, and validating complex business, process, data, and reporting requirements, translating them into actionable delivery outcomes
- Experience leading the development of business analysis artefacts, including business cases, process models, requirements documentation, user stories, and solution recommendations
- Experience supporting or leading solution evaluation, business readiness, testing, and implementation activities to ensure business outcomes are achieved
- Strong understanding of data, reporting, analytics, and information management principles, with experience working alongside technical delivery teams
- Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities, manage ambiguity, and drive outcomes within complex organisational environments
