The Pay Accuracy and Entitlements Program brings together experts across project management, governance, payroll, compliance, employee relations, change, and education to strengthen payroll practices, enhance compliance, and improve employee outcomes. As the Project and Governance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in bringing these workstreams together, providing program oversight, driving effective governance, and ensuring the successful delivery of key program outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to influence organisational change, work closely with senior leaders, and help shape a program that will have a lasting impact across the University.
