As our Change and Education Lead, you will develop and deliver change and learning initiatives that support one of the organisation's most important people-focused programs. Partnering with leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders, you will create engaging education solutions and targeted change interventions that improve understanding, reduce risk, and drive lasting behavioural change.

Be part of a dedicated team transforming how we support pay accuracy and employee entitlements. Leading the Change and Education stream, you will work closely with program, payroll, HR, and business leaders to deliver engaging learning experiences, build organisational capability, and drive successful adoption of improved processes and practices.

To join our community and thrive in this role, you will likely have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams to deliver transformation and/or cultural change and capability uplift in complex and large organisations
- Demonstrated experience in leading change associated with business transformation, regulatory compliance, remediation programs, or operating model change
- Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide change strategies and plans
- Demonstrated success developing and implementing change strategies that support adoption, behavioural change and sustainable business outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in driving behavioural change and adoption of new processes and controls
- Experience conducting change impact and readiness assessments, as well as stakeholder analysis
- Significant experience designing and delivering learning, education and communication programs for large and diverse stakeholder groups
- Understanding of human resources and payroll contexts and managing sensitive messaging
