| The Custodial Assistant performs general custodial duties in connection with the cleaning and maintenance of buildings in the Auxiliary Enterprises Division. Works as a member of a team cleaning custodial program CCAP – (Cleaning Cost Analysis Program), which includes housekeeping, cleaning, moving furniture and trash removal. |

Communications Dispatcher II (UMPD Emergency Dispatcher)

| Receives, prioritizes, and transmits first notification of calls for 24/7/365 service for police, fire and medical assistance from the campus community. Dispatches non-emergency and 911 calls for service to the campus community. Transmits messages by radio from the Communications Center to multiple mobile and portable units in accordance with strict rules and regulations. Communicates via state and national criminal databases to other police departments to report on criminal activity. Extensively documents actions and outcomes from all police, fire and medical incidents occurring on campus into a computer-aided Dispatch (CAD) system. |

| Reporting to the Assistant Director of Enrollment Management Customer Relations, the Customer Service Coordinator (Clerk IV) provides “front line” customer service and reception for the Offices of Enrollment Management (Undergraduate Admissions and Financial Aid Services), with a primary focus on customer service and support of the Financial Aid Services call center. The person in this position assists with training, scheduling, and ongoing support and guidance to student staff working in the Financial Aid call center. |

| The Clerk IV (Receptionist) provides critical first contact to students (clients) in need of mental health services at the Center for Counseling & Psychological Health (CCPH). Greets clients, registers client demographic and insurance information in Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Receives and enters various forms of Protected Health Information (PHI) into the EHR via secure processes compliant with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Processes patient payments. Answers and appropriately redirects all incoming calls. Schedules client appointments. |
